Delivery Within Nairobi
We offer delivery services within Nairobi through the following options:
- Doorstep Delivery: Ksh 500
- Parcel Delivery: Ksh 200
Same-day delivery is available for ready-made items. Delivery timelines for custom-made items may vary depending on the production requirements.
Delivery Outside Nairobi
For deliveries outside Nairobi, we offer:
- Parcel Delivery: Ksh 500
- Courier Delivery: Ksh 2,000
Orders outside Nairobi are delivered within up to 3 business days after order confirmation or after custom work is completed.
Additional Delivery Terms
Delivery timelines may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, courier delays, or high demand. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Any extra transport charges arising from incorrect details may be charged to the customer.
4. Installation Services
Installation services are available for selected products. Installation timelines are scheduled after order confirmation. Customers must ensure the installation site is accessible at the agreed time.
5. Returns and Exchanges
Returns are only accepted for defective or incorrect items. Claims must be made within 24 to 48 hours after delivery. Custom-made products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a confirmed defect.
6. Product Variations
Actual product colors, finishes, or textures may slightly vary from website images due to lighting, display settings, and material differences. Measurements provided by customers must be accurate. Jasradiant Blinds and Interiors will not be responsible for errors caused by inaccurate customer measurements unless measurements were taken by our team.
